Profile: We are a 1st. tier subcontractor approved by NYCSCA, NYCDGS, HUD, NYCTA, and many more school districts for whom we have completed projects. Originally established in 1980, we continue to grow and adapt to the ever changing demands of the construction arena.
Management and personal: Here are profiles for some of our top people.
1. Tom possesses 30 years of cumulative field experience, including 20 years of Union membership. In this time he was picked to work on Manhattan hi-rise construction for David Shulder and Livitt Bros.
2. Matt Jr. A mechanical engineering graduate of the University of Michigan heads up our engineering and sales departments. He has 5 years previous experience as a Grumman facilities construction project manager before joining us in 1983.
3. Matt Sr. Has over 30 years of production and quality control experience, and is responsible for all accounting and office management areas. His seasoned influence has led to a solid foundation from which our firm has grown.
4. Bill Miley, our senior estimator holds a degree from St. Johns University. A retired N.Y.P.D. Lieutenant he has accumulated many years experience in the architectural metals, automatic doors, and allied fields.
